BROCCOLI WITH CAVATELLI 
3 lg. heads fresh broccoli
1 lb. cavatelli
4 tbsp. butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook broccoli until crisp and tender. Set aside. Cook cavatelli as usual; drain and mix with butter. Set aside. In large skillet brown garlic in oil. Start adding broccoli allowing it to fry 2/3 minute of each side. Add to bowl with cavatelli. Gently toss and transfer to casserole dish. Drizzle with oil. Grind a sprinkle of fresh pepper over top. Cover and heat about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 8 servings.
