HUMMINGBIRD CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 c. black walnuts
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/4 c. salad oil
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3/4 c. pecans
2 c. chopped bananas

Combine ingredients, do not beat with a mixer. Pour into greased and floured pans. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
