MEATBALLS AND SPAGHETTI 
MEATBALLS:

2 lbs. hamburger
2 c. bread crumbs (Progresso)
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 garlic clove (cut up well)
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix and shape into balls; drain about 1 inch of oil. Can add mushrooms or Italian sausage.

SPAGHETTI SAUCE:

2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
1 clove garlic, cut up small
Sprinkle parsley
1 tbsp. oregano (whole, not ground)
1 tbsp. sugar
Add meatballs

Fill pot up about 3/4 full (rest water). Cook for about 3 hours or longer.
