LIVER 'N ONIONS 
2 lg. yellow onions, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 lb. liver
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. marjoram

Combine onions with garlic and soy sauce in skillet. Steam stir in a small amount of water until tender and browned slightly. This will take about 20 minutes. Add liver and herbs to onion mixture and cook, covered, just until pink disappears on inside and has clear juices. 2 servings.
