DUTCH APPLE PIE 
6 c. thinly sliced, peeled cooking apples
1/4 c. light brown sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 lg. egg
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. all-purpose flour

Mix all ingredients together and spoon into 9 inch deep dish pie crust.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. butter (room temperature)
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar

Mix together until crumbly. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake in medium oven approximately 50 minutes.
