DUTCH APPLE PIE 
FILLING:

2 lbs. tart apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
2/3 c. sugar
Dash salt
1 tsp. cinnamon

TOPPING:

2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. butter

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
