BETTY'S FAMOUS CHEESECAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. vanilla

RESERVE 1 CUP OF CAKE MIX.

Mix rest of cake mix with oil and 1 egg until crumbly. Place mixture in bottom of buttered 9x13 inch glass pan.

Blend cream cheese and sugar. Add 3 eggs and the rest of the cake mix. Beat at medium speed. At low speed, add milk and flavoring. Mix until smooth. Pour into crust. Bake 45-55 minutes or until center is firm. Cool completely before topping with choice of fruit topping. Chill.

HINT: Cream cheese mixes smoother when warm or softened.
