PECAN CRESCENT ROLLS 
1 c. butter
3/4 c. powdered sugar
2 c. pecans (chopped)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. ice water
1/8 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well. Roll into finger lengths. Shape into crescents. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. (Firm but not brown.) Roll in powdered sugar while hot and again when cool. Yield: 3 dozen.
