6 WEEKS MUFFINS | |
4 beaten eggs 1 qt. buttermilk 3 c. plain flour 2 c. whole wheat flour 3 c. sugar 5 tsp. baking soda 2 tsp. salt 1 c. oil 15 oz. box Raisin Bran Mix well all ingredients. Store in airtight container and store in refrigerator. May be kept for up to 6 weeks. Bake amount as desired in muffin pan which has been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Fill each muffin space 3/4 full. Delicious for breakfast. Bake fresh ones each morning. |
