ICE CREAM STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
1/2 lb. unsalted butter
1 c. soft vanilla ice cream
Nuts, sugar, jam, coconut (all or any)

Mix together to form dough. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out 1/4 of dough at a time as thin as possible. Cover with nuts, sugar, jam, or coconut. Roll up tightly. Bake at 375 degrees, 30 minutes. Cut strudel while warm into 1-inch slices. Roll in powdered sugar. Serves 8-10.
