MUSHROOM BREAD 
1 loaf French bread, cut diagonal slashes, not sliced
1 lb. Swiss cheese (put strips into each slash)
2 sticks butter
1 lg. can or 1 lb. fresh mushrooms, cooked
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Melt butter (butter). Add spices to cooked mushrooms. Mix. Spoon over cheese stuffed in the bread. Wrap in foil (sprayed with Pam or lightly oiled to avoid sticking). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
