TASTY HOT DISH 
1 lb. hamburg
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
6 raw sliced potatoes
1/2 c. milk

Brown hamburg in frying pan with chopped onion. Add soup and mix well. Put in greased casserole, alternating layers of potatoes and meat mixture. Sprinkle a little salt on each layer of potatoes. The last layer should be meat. Pour milk over top. Bake uncovered for 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
