CREOLE OKRA 
3/4 c. sliced okra
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. chopped tomato
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Saute okra, onion, and green pepper in butter 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 2 servings.
