MISSISSIPPI MUD FUDGE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time, and vanilla. Sift flour, cocoa, and salt together. Add to the creamed mixture along with nuts. Spread batter in large cake pan. Batter is very thick and needs spreading. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with marshmallows. Return to oven until the marshmallows begin to get soft, then remove, cool and ice with fudge frosting. Cut in squares to serve.
