BROCCOLI AND ONION DELUXE 
Boil 2 packages frozen chopped broccoli and drain
1 jar small cooked onions
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter butter
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 c. milk
3 oz. cream cheese
Shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter

Melt 2 tablespoons butter then add 2 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon salt, Dash pepper, 1 cup milk stir constantly until thickened. Then add 3 oz. cream cheese stir until smooth. Pour over vegetables and put into a greased casserole and stir. Cover with shredded cheddar cheese then put 1/2 cup bread crumbs over cheese melt 2 tablespoons butter. Pour over bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
