CHOCOLATE CHERRY CAKE 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus devil's food cake mix
21 oz. can cherry pie filling
1 tsp. vanilla or almond extract
2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
5 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan. Combine first 4 ingredients. Mix well. Pour into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes.

In small saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate until smooth. Pour over warm cake. Cool.
