JODY'S SESAME CHICKEN 
5 chicken breasts, halved
1 c. flour
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 (8 oz.) jars apricot preserves
2 eggs
3 tbsp. soy sauce or tamari
1 garlic clove, crushed
Oil
1/4 c. sesame seeds

Dip chicken in each of these 3 bowls:

2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper

1/4 c. sesame seeds

Fry until brown.

SAUCE:

2 jars preserves
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. water

Boil and pour over chicken.
