ZUCCHINI SOUP 
1 1/4 lbs. zucchini (can use yellow), cook until tender
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 lb. butter
1 can chicken broth
1 sm. can condensed milk
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Salt & Pepper to taste

Put all ingredients into blender and blend. Makes creamy soup.
