BAKED CUSTARD 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
A few grains of salt
3/4 tsp. liquid artificial sweetener
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of nutmeg

Scald milk. Beat eggs. Add salt and pour eggs slowly into the slightly coated scalded milk. Add liquid artificial sweetener and vanilla.

Pour into custard cups. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Set the cups in a pan of hot water and bake for about 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Yield: 2 servings.
