BAKED POTATO SALAD | |
8 med. potatoes 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced 1 c. mayonnaise 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 lb. bacon Salt and pepper Boil potatoes and dice. Mix all ingredients, except bacon, in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Fry bacon and crumble on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
