BELL PEPPER JELLY 
3/4 c. ground bell pepper
1/4 c. red hot pepper
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
1 bottle fruit pectin

Combine all ingredients except pectin in saucepan and boil over high heat. Remove and let stand for 5 minutes. Add the fruit pectin and pour into jelly jars. Seal.
