TACO STEW | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 small onion 1 can black beans 1 can corn, drained 1 can sliced new potatoes, drained 1 can Campbell's Nacho Cheese soup 2 cans Rotel Tomatoes and green chilis 1 can beer Brown ground beef with diced onion. Place all other ingredients into a slow cooker. Stir and mix well until soup is mixed in. Stir in browned ground beef and onion. Cook for 2-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Garnish with shredded cheddar cheese or Mexican cheese and sour cream (optional). Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy! Submitted by: Michelle B. |
