PAPRIKASH 
3 lb. chicken breast or whole chicken cut in pieces
Or 3 rabbits, cleaned and cut in pieces
1 1/2 tbsp. lard
1/2 lg. onion, diced
Paprika
Milk
Salt and pepper
16 oz. sour cream
3 tbsp. flour

Put lard and onions in pan, brown lightly. Add paprika and finish browning. Put pieces of rabbit or chicken in and add salt and pepper. Cover with water and simmer mixing frequently.

In a cup, add flour and a little milk until mixture is thin and add to pan. Add sour cream and mix again, simmering for another 15 minutes watching carefully that it does not burn.
