BAKED CRABMEAT 
Vegetable oil spray
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 lb. crabmeat
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 lg. egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 9 inch oven proof casserole dish with vegetable oil spray. In a small pan over medium high heat, melt butter. Add onion, crabmeat, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Gently fold in beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.

Yield: 6 (2 ounce) servings (121 calories). Carbohydrates, 2 g.; protein, 17 g.; fat, 4 g.; cholesterol, 77 mg.; sodium, 333 mg.
