CHERRY CRUNCH | |
1 c. plain flour 1 stick butter 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip 1 can cherry pie filling Mix together 1 cup plain flour, 1 stick butter, 1/2 cup pecans (chopped) and 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Press mixture into a glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees until slightly brown, then let cool. Mix together 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar and 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Place this mixture on top of crust, then another layer of 1 (8 ounce) Cool Whip. Place 1 can of cherry pie filling on top. Chill before serving. |
