BREAKFAST COOKIES 
2 c. raisin bran cereal, crushed to 1 1/2 c.
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
Extra raisins, if desired

Stir together cereal, flours and soda and set aside. Add extra raisins if desired. In larger bowl, beat butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, beat well. Add flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Drop by large spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 to 14 minutes or until lightly browned. Good with a glass of milk for breakfast. 16 cookies.
