GRAM'S BREAKFAST COOKIES | |
1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. baking soda 2 c. oatmeal 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. coconut Cream first 3 ingredients; add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add the rest of the ingredients; mix well. Chill dough overnight. Spoon onto cookie sheet in walnut size portions. Bake 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool on rack. Recipe is over 50 years old and makes many very healthy cookies! |
