POPPY CHICKEN 
1 lg. chicken or 4 breast quarters
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
Poppy seed
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 med. pkg. egg noodles

In a large mixing bowl combine boiled deboned chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream; mix well. Place combined ingredients in a casserole. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over mixture until top is covered entirely.

Pour melted butter over crackers. Sprinkle generously with poppy seed. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 30 minutes. Serve over cooked egg noodles.
