OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 to 3 lb. stew meat
Potatoes
Carrots
Onion
Stalk celery
Salt and pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Cut vegetables in hunks as many as you want. Combine all ingredients including raw meat. Makes its own gravy. Put in covered pan. Cook for 4 to 5 hours in 275 degree oven. Do not uncover or stir. Very good served with French bread.
