OVEN STEW 
3 lbs. good beef stew
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, diced
2 c. carrots, bite size
5 med. potatoes, cubed
1 can tomato soup
1 sm. can tomatoes, crushed
1 soup can water
1 scant tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. minute tapioca

Put in LARGE casserole or small roaster, mix all ingredients together. Bake at 275 degrees for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Do not raise lid while baking. Delicious, superb.
