SQUASH PIE 
1 c. squash
3/4 c. maple syrup
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. milk

Mix in order given. Fill unbaked pie crust (8 inches). Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes and at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
