MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) box butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice
1/4 c. oil
4 eggs

In large bowl mix all ingredients together. Place in 13"x9"x2" cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) carton non-dairy whipped topping
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple & juice

In large bowl mix all ingredients together; spread on cooled cake; refrigerate. Serves 24.
