PERFECT FRENCH TOAST 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
Sprinkle of cinnamon
4 or 5 slices bread

Break eggs in bowl. Beat with rotary beater until eggs are fluffy and blended. Stir in the milk and cinnamon. Pour egg mixture into a shallow pan. Dip in the bread slices. Make sure both sides are coated with egg. In skillet, heat shortening. Brown bread on both sides. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and/or syrup.
