SPAGHETTI PIE 
6 oz. spaghetti
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. green pepper
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce

Cook and drain spaghetti. Stir butter into hot spaghetti. Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs. Form spaghetti into a "crust" in a buttered 10 inch pie plate. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti "crust".

Cook pork, onion and green pepper. Drain off excess fat. Stir in sauce and heat through. Spread sauce and meat over cottage cheese layer. Bake uncovered 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake 5 minutes more.
