ZUCCHINI JAM 
10 c. grated zucchini
12 c. sugar
2 large pkg. jell-o
16 oz. can crushed pineapple

Cook zucchini and sugar until tender (about 30 minutes). Add jell-o and pineapple and cook 5 minutes more. Pour into sterile jars and seal. Refrigerate before serving.
