MACADAMIA NUT PIE 
7 eggs
3/4 c. melted butter
3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shredded coconut
1 (9 inch) pie shell
1 1/2 c. chopped macadamia nuts
1 c. whipped cream

Mix eggs, butter, honey, and sugar until smooth. Sprinkle coconut over pie shell; top with egg mixture. Sprinkle macadamia nuts over filling. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Garnish with whipped cream.
