CHOCOLATE NUT CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. chopped pecans
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Combine eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir into sugar mixture, mixing well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Sift powdered sugar over pie, if desired.
