BUTTERSCOTCH PIE 
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 c. water
1 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1 heaping tbsp. flour
2 heaping tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla

Caramelize sugar and butter. Let cool. Add water and milk. Mix flour and cornstarch with as little amount of water as possible. Add egg yolks. Add to first mixture and cook until thickened. Add vanilla. Pour in baked crust and top with meringue from egg whites.
