HAM AND CHEESE LETTUCE ROLLS 
2 tsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. lemon juice
2 (3/4 oz.) slices cooked ham
2 (2/3 oz.) slices low-fat Swiss cheese
2 lg. lettuce leaves
1/2 c. alfalfa sprouts

Combine first 4 ingredients, and set mixture aside. Place 1 ham slice and 1 Swiss cheese slice on each lettuce leaf; spread evenly with mayonnaise mixture. Top with alfalfa sprouts, and roll up jelly roll fashion; secure with wooden picks. Wrap in plastic wrap, and chill. Makes 2 servings.
