2ND BEST CASSEROLE 
1 chicken
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crinkly noodles
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 stick butter, melted

Boil chicken in salted water; debone, remove skin. Cut into bite-size pieces. Cook noodles in broth.

Mix together chicken, cooked noodles, soups and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Pour melted butter over bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly, 30-45 minutes.
