PINEAPPLE SOUFFLE 
3/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 c. sugar

Cream these three ingredients together. 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained 1 c. milk

Mix together lightly and pour in a 7x11 dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 45 minutes.
