CHOCO DESSERT 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 carton Cool Whip
1 sm. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant coffee pudding
3 c. milk
Grated chocolate

Cut butter into flour, add nuts. Put in 9 x 13 pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees and cool. Beat cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and 1/2 of Cool Whip. Spread on crust and chill. Spread pudding and top with Cool Whip. Sprinkle grated chocolate and chopped nuts on top of Cool Whip. Try different flavors of pudding and different nuts for variations.
