BREAD PUDDING 
1 c. bread, cut into cubes 1/4 inch square
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated coconut
1 c. strawberry preserves, freeze
1 tbsp. butter

Stir cold milk, bread crumbs, sugar, butter, eggs (slightly beaten), salt, flavoring and coconut. Bake 1 hour. Top with strawberry preserves.
