1 pkg. lime flavored Jello
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add sugar and let the mixture set partially. Beat until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream, cottage cheese and pineapple. Pour into a greased mold and chill well.

Before serving, dip mold quickly into hot water, then turn upside down onto a serving plate. Tap mold once or twice and lift up.
