1 lb. Italian sausage or your favorite pizza meat
6 English muffins, split & toasted
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c. pizza sauce

Place toasted muffins on a cookie sheet. Top with sauce, meat and cheese. Place under the broiler for 5-10 minutes, watch closely. (You may add any other toppings you like.)
