CAKE:

1 (18 1/2 oz.) Duncan Hines butter yellow cake mix
3/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges

ICING:

1 (3/4 oz.) vanilla pudding mix
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (9 oz.) frozen Cool Whip topping, thawed

Mix cake ingredients together for 4 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Place cake on wax paper and allow to cool completely before frosting. Makes 3 layers.

Mix all icing ingredients together by hand and frost cooled cakes.
