PISTACHIO DESSERT | |
38 Ritz crackers, finely crushed (2 sleeves) 1 stick butter, melted 3 tbsp. sugar Mix and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes; cool. Mix 2 (3 ounce) packages of instant pistachio pudding and 2 cups milk. Stir well and add 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened. Pour over crust and freeze. Before serving top with Cool Whip and 2 crushed Heath bars or nuts. |
