1 egg white 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. brown sugar Beat egg whites until stiff. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Dip pecans and arrange on cookie sheet. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn oven off and leave until cool. Do not open oven door. | |
