TROPICAL CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. self-rising flour, sifted
1 c. milk (canned)
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
graham crackers
3/4 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Bring to boil the first 5 ingredients. Remove from stove and add the next 4 ingredients. Put a layer of whole graham crackers in baking dish; pour 1/2 mixture over graham crackers. Put another layer of graham crackers. Pour remaining filling. Add another layer of graham crackers. Mix the last 3 ingredients to spreading consistency. Spread over top layer of graham crackers.
