TUNA, CHICKEN OR TURKEY
CASSEROLE
 
1 c. uncooked macaroni or egg noodles
1 sm. onion
1 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of celery or mushroom or chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. tuna or cooked chicken or turkey
1/2 c. drained canned peas
1/2 c. grated cheese

Cook pasta in boiling water until done. Saute onion in butter until golden brown. Combine with soup, milk, fish or meat, peas and pasta. Pour into greased casserole dish, top with cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
